When: Ask about dates for our next challenge!

What: The challenge incorporated 7 vital aspects of healthy living

  • Clean eating (Whole 30)
  • Water consumption
  • Exercise
  • Sleep
  • Improving Habits
  • Communication
  • Reflection

*We will assign you a "team." You will give yourself daily points for accomplishing each of these goals. At the end of the week we will add up your & your teams total points for a total point average. At the end of the challenge, the teams with the highest points will win prizes!

What else: 
Chopping party where you purchase and we shop for your food, you show up, we chop together and leave with 5 freezer-ready crockpot Whole 30 meals. Jan 6 or 7 3-5pm (you pick the day that works for you.)  (approx $90 total for food)

Also, Saturday Jan 20, we will host a Whole 30 pot luck dinner for recipe sharing, camaraderie and a special guest speaker, Vicki Renda (Masters in Sustainable Food Systems), owner of Vicki's Fresh Food Movement.
